Old italian man
I decided to continue the trench theme and do a man with a trench coat instead. I got the inspiration from The Sartorialist blog, he always takes lovely photos of stylish italian men and this old gentleman is one of them. I love the way it creases. I love to work on a picture with different techniques cause I can just never decide which one to use!

The sartorialist !
I just wanted to remind you to read The Sartorialist blog if you are interestead in photo, style, random people and personal ideas about fashion.
Its very interesting how media, internet and the fast world we live in changes fashion. Nowadays we get inspiration and ideas from anonymous people on the street. Street fashion is getting bigger and I think alot of people find it interesting to look into the world of other regular people´s wardrobes and the fact that they didn´t know they were going to be photographed that day the fashion blogger took their photo. I think it connects people and obviously creates copycats aswell. Anyway I just wanted to say Sartorialist takes beautiful photos of inspiring people all around the world

More watercolours
This painting I made because my friend complained I never do any illustrations for men, so I gave him this one, not quite happy with the arm though but its interesting to do men illustrations and I think men fashion is lovely right now, so much colours. To all men out there, there´s alot of nice accessories out there now, go shop for the details which are the most important I think. The small details is essential. Scarfs, braces, glasses, socks! hats for example. Don´t buy what is trendy, buy what SUITS YOU and what you feel comfertable with, it does show! When you buy a suit, be specific and preferably tailored for your own measurements.
Don´t be afraid to experiment. Be inspired of the 60s century which is reeal hot right now, think MAD MEN, Tom Fords "The only man" for example. I think I will do illustrations of the Mad men characters!
Spring is almost here (well in Sweden we are quite late) and the fashion is flourishing!!!
I just love to work with watercolours its so unpredictable. To mix it with ink is also interesting, gives it alot of sharpness. Love it! I also like to work with graphic pen to work with shadows but I think I use watercolours alot right now to challenge myself and that is important to develop and grow.
Theres just no end to the creativity, I have so many ideas in my head that needs to be expressed and put on that white paper. There is also so many fashion illustrators who inspire me and I will put up some of their work on my blog aswell.
